Kanye West has reportedly paid a $250,000 (£157,579) settlement to the teenager he allegedly assaulted earlier this month.
The rapper was investigated by Beverly Hills Police for allegedly assaulting the 18-year-old man at a chiropractor's office.
West allegedly attacked the teen for screaming racial epithets at West's fiancée Kim Kardashian.
According to TMZ, the teenager will not go forward with criminal prosecution as a result of the payment.
The DA has yet to decide whether or not to charge West with battery.
