The first son of governor of Abia state Thoedore Orji, Chinedum escaped being killed when an anonymous gunman shot at his car, as he was about to be escorted out of the venue of a reception organized

by ikwuano/umuahia federal constituency in his father's honor. But his P.A, john ndubuka didn't make it as the bullet originally meant for chinedum, hit ndubuka right below the neck. He was dead on arrival at the hospital he was rushed to. Police PRO in the state has confirmed 3 suspects are already in custody.
