Rihannna's lawyers said that he gave he the go ahead to buy a S.california house knowning fully well it was rotting from water and had mold damage when she was broke in '09. The star went ahead to spend more than $1 million on repairs before selling it at $2million less the original priced she had purchased it. After gaining the settlement, lawyers say that Rihanna is worth more than $43 million now
